Here at Moray Claims we want you to have peace of mind throughout your claim’s progress.
Our team is fully qualified to provide you with the best possible service.
Accredited specialist expertise
Specialist accreditation proves your solicitor’s experience has been independently assessed — giving you confidence that your claim is in expert hands.
Peter Brash and Marie Morrison each hold an accreditation as a Senior Litigator through The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). Peter is also accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Specialist in Personal Injury Law.
Grigor & Young’s Elgin office also holds corporate accreditation with APIL. There are only about 6 solicitors firms in the whole of Scotland which have been recognised in this way.
To find out some more about what these accreditations mean and why it is important that you decide to come on board with solicitors who meet these accreditations, click on the links below:
Local to you
Being able to meet your solicitor face-to-face helps you feel heard and supported — and makes communication easier at every stage.
It makes sense to have a solicitor you can easily meet face-to-face rather than having to deal with someone at a distance. The premises of Grigor & Young / Moray Claims are readily accessible, even if your mobility is impaired.
Our Elgin office has designated disabled parking right outside the front door on North Street. We have ground floor meeting rooms, accessible to wheelchair users. We encourage you to bring a friend or relative to any meetings if you wish. Home visits can be arranged where required.
